Omni-channel CRM: one inbox for Messenger, Instagram and Telegram
Sales teams that sell through social channels end up with the same problem: a customer starts a conversation on Instagram, continues it on Messenger, and confirms the order on Telegram. Three apps, three histories, and no single place where anyone can see what was agreed.
One inbox
We built a CRM that pulls all three channels into one conversation view. A message arriving on any platform lands in the same inbox, attributed to the same contact, with the full history attached regardless of where each part of it happened.
A pipeline behind the inbox
Conversations are not the product — orders are. Behind the inbox sits a lead pipeline and an order flow, so a conversation can be moved through stages and turned into an order without leaving the thread it came from.
Running something like this?
Twenty minutes, no slides. If it’s a legacy system, the honest first step is usually a codebase audit — fixed price, two weeks, and yours to take anywhere.
