Privacy Policy
This policy covers arcodevs.com and the enquiries that reach us through it. It does not cover work we do under a signed client agreement — that is governed by the agreement and its data processing terms.
Who we are
S.R.L. “ARCO DEV”, registered in the Republic of Moldova under IDNO 1026609000714, of Chișinău, Moldova. We are the data controller for anything described here. For any question about this policy or about data we hold, write to hello@arcodevs.com and we will answer within five working days.
What this site collects
The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and builds no profile of you.
Data reaches us in only three ways:
- The contact form and email. Whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, company and a description of your system. We use it to answer you and, if it becomes a project, to run the engagement.
- Booking a call. Scheduling is handled by Calendly, a third party. When you open a booking link you are on Calendly’s infrastructure and subject to their privacy policy. They pass us your name, email and the time you picked.
- Server logs. Our host records the ordinary request data every web server records — IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp — for security and reliability.
No third-party fonts, no CDN
Typefaces, images and stylesheets are all served from this domain. Opening a page here does not make a request to Google, to a font CDN, or to any analytics provider. The only third party you reach from this site is the one you choose to: Calendly, if you click a booking link.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Under the GDPR, our lawful basis is legitimate interest — you contacted a business about its services and we are replying — and, once there is a contract, performance of that contract. We do not send marketing email and there is no list to be added to.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: deleted after 24 months.
- Client records: kept for the length of the engagement and then for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
- Server logs: retained by our host for a short rolling window.
Who else sees it
We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising. It is handled by our email provider, our scheduling provider (Calendly) and our hosting provider, each acting on our behalf. Under a client agreement, any code or data you give us is covered by the mutual NDA signed before you send it.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you may ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. One email to hello@arcodevs.com is enough — no form, no account. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will change the date at the top. There is no version history to dig through — the current text is the whole policy.
