These terms cover your use of arcodevs.com. They are not the terms of an engagement. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and where the two disagree, that agreement wins.

What this site is

A description of services offered by S.R.L. “ARCO DEV”, registered in the Republic of Moldova under IDNO 1026609000714, of Chișinău, Moldova. Nothing here is a binding offer. Prices shown — including the published price of the Codebase Audit — are indicative for a single system of ordinary scope, and become fixed only in a signed agreement for your specific engagement.

Not professional advice

The material on this site, including anything under Writing, is general information about software engineering. It is written from our own experience and is not advice about your system, your legal obligations or your security posture. Do not act on it without applying it to your own circumstances.

Case studies

Work shown under Work is described with the permission of the clients involved or with identifying details removed. Where a project is described as predating Arco Dev, it is prior work of one of our founders and is labelled as such. Results described are what happened in that engagement and are not a promise of the same outcome in yours.

Trade marks

Third-party names and marks that appear on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe systems and platforms we have worked with. Their appearance is not a claim of endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

Our content

The text, design and images on this site belong to us. You are welcome to quote a reasonable extract with a link back. Republishing a page in full, or reusing the design, needs our written permission.

Availability

We make no promise that the site will be available without interruption or free of error. We may change or remove any part of it at any time, including prices and service descriptions.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Engagement agreements may specify a different governing law, agreed with you before signature.
